What we collect#

Knotes has no accounts, comments or sign-up forms, so we do not ask you for personal information.

• Email you send us. If you write to hello@knotes.fyi, we receive your email address and your message. We use it only to reply or to consider your idea or post, and we do not share it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider may record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Information stored on your device#

Knotes saves a few preferences in your browser, for example your theme (light or dark), your reading style and the posts you bookmark. This stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
